How to get there
From the airport
You can choose between the convenience of a taxi/Uber (30 min) or opt for the more economical Alsa bus (50 min).
If you choose the bus, the closest stop to the apartments is “Catedral” (5 min walk).
From the train station
We recommend taking a taxi from the station (15 min). It is the most cost-effective option.
By car
You can arrive at the property in your own car to unload your luggage, although we recommend booking parking and going directly to the car park as there are traffic restrictions in the center of Granada.
The car park we recommend is about 600 meters away (6/7 min walk).

A few days before your arrival, we will send you a message with a web link where you can register online and pay for your booking. Remember to have your ID (national ID card or passport) handy to speed up the process.
We do not use physical keys. You will be able to access the building and your apartment by opening the locks with your digital key. On the day of arrival, when your apartment is ready, you will have access to the PIN code or you can also use the opening button on your smartphone. To have access to the digital key, you must have completed the registration and payment for your stay.
You will have a digital guide at your disposal where you can find everything you need during your stay. You will have access to restaurant recommendations, the main establishments in our neighbourhood (supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.), instructions for using the appliances, and more.
We combine a traditional reception model (limited hours) with a virtual reception model via digital messaging 24 hours a day. You will always be connected to the Mosaiko Homes team.

Why do I have to register before arrival?
Guest registration is a mandatory procedure for all accommodation establishments that allows the authorities to know who is staying at the establishment. All guests on the reservation must be registered. This process helps to ensure everyone's safety.
A few days before your arrival, we will send you a message via email or WhatsApp so that you can register online and pay for your stay on our WebApp.
You must register in advance to enjoy autonomous entry.
What is the Mosaiko Homes WebApp for? Is it secure?
At Mosaiko Homes, we are committed to using and taking advantage of the benefits offered by mobile technology.
We are constantly developing new services to simplify and improve your stay in our apartments. We have incorporated a WebApp where you will find everything you need for your stay.
From the WebApp, you can register guests, complete payment for your stay, and access the digital key that will allow you to open the doors.
It can be accessed via a web link, so there is no need for downloads, usernames, or passwords. Easy and simple!
You will also find a Help Guide that gives you access to our recommendations for restaurants, leisure areas, pharmacies, useful phone numbers, accommodation rules, and anything else you may need.
Our platform is 100% secure and complies with current data protection regulations and PSD2 payment regulations.
How do I access my apartment?
Once you have completed the online registration and payment for your stay, you will have access to the digital key ring on our WebApp via your smartphone.
The building does not use physical keys. On the digital key fob, you will find your PIN code and a button that you can use to enter the building and your apartment.
The PIN code is automatically generated on the day of arrival and will be visible once you have completed the registration and payment for your stay. When the apartment is ready and has been checked, you will be able to see the digital key fob on the WebApp.
Where can I park if I come by car?
The building does not have its own parking lot as it is located in the city center in a historic building. We have an agreement with a nearby parking lot (about 600 meters / 6-7 minutes walking from our establishment).
The price is 15 euros per day and must be requested in advance of arrival.
There are other car parks closer by, but we recommend the one we have an agreement with as it has better access and there are no queues to get in on busy days.
Remember that parking in the center of Granada is very difficult and is regulated by hourly rates.
Can I get to the apartments by car?
You can get to our establishment by car, although we recommend parking first and walking to the apartments if you don't have much luggage. It's about a 6/7-minute walk.
Driving in the center of Granada is complicated due to traffic restrictions. If you do reach the establishment, avoid driving along Gran Via de Colón as it is restricted. The alternative is to drive along Calle Elvira and cross Gran Via de Colón at Calle Marques de Falces.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are welcome at Mosaiko Homes Catedral Granada.
Our pet policy allows small to medium-sized dogs, upon prior request. Pets must be supervised by their owners at all times and are their responsibility. We allow a maximum of one pet per booking and there is a supplement of €10 per day.

How does the apartment cleaning work?
All apartments are professionally cleaned before arrival.
For stays of more than 5 days, a general cleaning is provided free of charge, along with a change of bed linen and towels.
Final cleaning is always included in the rate.
Extra cleaning can be arranged at any time through the Mosaiko Homes team. The supplement is $30 per cleaning.
